Effective Fitness Now Instructors will offer you expert guidance, training plans, dietary advice and tips to get you ready for whatever you're aiming for, whether it be through Personal Training, Group Classes, Functional Training or just encouragement. Every person counts, because everyone is different and we cater for all levels of fitness.
Personal Training at Home or Work
Personal training is a one-to-one service and it is therefore important that you feel comfortable with your Trainer. We offer a FREE initial consultation at your home or place of work so that you can meet your Personal Trainer before deciding to go ahead with training.
During the consultation we will give you an overview of our Effective Fitness Now packages and services, as well as provide you with advice about where and when you can and should train. The consultation also enables your Personal Trainer to answer any questions you may have and it is the first step in determining your goals and current state of health and fitness.
Group Personal Training Sessions
We offer a range of training options:
1) One to One Sessions: Our Personal Trainers take time to understand your goals and needs. We provide all the equipment you'd need to achieve them and to allow variety in your training. We are mobile and flexible and can visit you at your home or the office. Local parks and gardens also add space and something different.
2) Mates Rates: Bring a friend along. Not all of us like to train alone and sometimes we need that extra motivation. At Effective Fitness Now, we understand that, and we encourage support from friends and family and what better way to do so, than to involve them in your fitness sessions.
All our personal training sessions are an hour (60 minutes) long, however every client is unique and we would be happy to discuss a fitness regime to suit your needs and availability. *Rates apply.
